I was told at 7:30pm my food would be with my at 9:10pm the I called shop at 9:40pm and lady said it was on its way yet shop closes at 10pm my doorbell rings at 11:15pm with melted ice cream and cold waffles so told him didn't want it and his reply was keep it as what am I meant to do with it wouldn't ever use this place again disgusting way to treat customers

The restaurant didn’t have anything that was ordered in stock. Didn’t offer anything in place of anything that was ordered in the first place and wasn’t told about a refund or anything like.

Didn't receive my order despite making it at 9.24pm. No contact from the shop and when calling it rings out. Taken my money but received no order. And it's not the first time this has happened. It will be the same pathetic excuse that they didn't get the order. Shameful

Took my money and never got anything, called the restaurant and said they didn’t even get my order through Ordered here a few times and never had an issue before now and the girl on the phone couldn’t be nicer but she couldn’t do much to help me, hopefully get this resolved soon

Experience was terrible 8 received no order called to ask about it told no order received asked who had taken my money for the order told to to take that you with just eat. Order was placed directly had to wait on them switching on 9thet machine to check for my order so I would like I refund on my order Ty

Shop bought waffles that are so hard it bends your spoon wouldn’t recommend until they make things fresh not worth the money
